Inbal Oshman is a choreographer and dancer, winner of the 2018 Ministry of Culture Award for Young Dance Creators.
Since 2010, Oshman has created dance works for the stage, the cinema and the public sphere, which have been presented and are presenting at major festivals in locally and internationally.
Inbal collaborates with leading music ensembles around the world. She has created as a guest artist at prestigious institutions such as the Kyoto Art Center, Japan and the Attakkalari Dance Company, India.
Her dance works are inspired by the encounter and clash between different cultural sources. Her works offer a tight and sensitive movement composition based on mythical, historical and cultural foundations.
Oshman is an outstanding graduate of the Department of Philosophy and History of the Middle East at Tel Aviv University. As part of her studies, her research dealt with aesthetics and the study of choreographic action.
